Subsonica, Porcupine's first single and tour dates

will be in radio airplay and is available on digital stores from tomorrow, porcupine, the first single SUBSONICA anticipating the release of new official album, Eden, scheduled for March 8.



After the experiment's web Eden song (song that the band wanted to circulate through the network as a small taste of this long-awaited return), Porcupine opens the door to new work by unknown Subsonica who wanted to dedicate this first track to their city and their roots, a city that has seen them rise and transform themselves from a group of crazy driving in Piazza Vittorio by concerts throughout Italy and beyond.

Subsonica I return with a different song, simpler and more direct, especially in the Text: it speaks of Turin and a history d’amore usando parole essenziali e chiare.

Lo scenario sono i lampioni e i portici che corrono fino al fiume ed i protagonisti sono persone dal carattere ispido che alla manifestazione lineare dei propri sentimenti prediligono la tortuosità delle sfide.

“Perché le storie come noi le conosciamo sono spesso ruvide gare ad ostacoli.” spiega la band “Ma è forse Torino stessa a essere una città sfuggente, dall’umore selvatico, che tende a nascondere il proprio cuore in mezzo al traffico di anime.”

Istrice è un funk nebbioso, tra tastierine da cameretta, chitarre newyorkesi e orchestrazioni da colonna sonora.
