Continuando la serie delle mie riflessioni on the blogosphere, I will present a specific type of blog, and I will do with a bit of irony, hoping not to irritate too much bloggers could identify types in which I describe. Besides, I know I'm cocky and I consider it a fate than a choice.
There is a kind of blog that is commonly regarded as a kind of diary. La mia spiegazione è che qui si confonda l’intimo con l’intimistico, non esistono blog intimi, che davvero cioè riportino aspetti così intimi di noi stessi, ma ben esistono blog intimistici, anzi direi che abbondino, che costituiscano una tipologia tra le più diffuse, se non in assoluto la più diffusa nella blogsfera.

Sembra di vedere una piccola comunità attorno a un tavolino, intenta a sorbire lentamente un tè col bricco del latte accanto, come ce li tramanda una certa immagine stereotipata dell’Inghilterra vittoriana, le donne sorridenti con la gonna lunga fino ai piedi, e gli uomini con baffi e basette lunghe perfettamente curate.
